The few of you who are still watching Glee must love Chris Colfer. In the first season, the scenes between Colfer’s character and his father (Mike O’Malley) were the high-point of the show. It turns out that Colfer’s been busy behind the camera between Glee’s demanding seasons.

Colfer wrote the screenplay for his film Struck By Lightning, penned a pilot for the Disney Channel, The Little Leftover Witch, and authored a children’s book, titled The Land of Stories. If Colfer could combine the emotional depth of his acting during Glee’s best moments with his outside-the-box storytelling, he’d create something truly dynamic.
